He was very detailed in all explanations and the process of purchasing a home. He always answered our questions and never made us feel inferior for any of those questions we asked. If Wayne did not know the answer, he always found the answer and got back to us. He was always polite and professional during our home search and the buying process. Wayne filled all the criteria that I was looking for in a Real Estate Broker. Wayne handled everything so there was no need to contact other staff members. Wayne made the process very easy.

My experience of purchasing a house was great, starting from the first house showing to the final one. Wayne's experience in construction played a role in the imporantant decision of making an offer. I was impressed with Wayne's care he took in making sure I was buying the right home. Wayne took extra time to do tasks that I neglected to do on time, such as ensuring the down payment was wired to the title company. These are just a few reasons why I would recommend Wayne to anyone wanting to purchase a home I am blessed to have had an experienced professional help me purchase a home. Wayne's attention to detail and experience of home building was a great advantage to have. Wayne's patience with me while showing me many houses made tthe experience enjoyable. His flexibility of last minute requests for showings helped me to purchase my house. He made sure I had the best chance to buy my house by allowing me to make an offer at 10pm after he had been working since the morning. I will recommend Wayne to anyone purchasing a house Wayne's expertise was highly valuable to me. His knowledge of inspections was very helpful. Wayne is a great man to be around. I could feel that he cared more about me than selling a house. His kindness to my family made him feel like he was family. Wayne is very honest and very helpful. He kept things moving in a timely manner, gave honest opinions of less-desireable properties, and kept a close eye out for any major issues with the houses I looked at. His builder's experience made a real difference in terms of giving me confidence, and his attention to detail matched my personality as well, so we really hit it off. I especially appreciated his attention to detail with the many inspections, as well as being there in person while the inspections went on.
